Feedback is very important to us. After your appointment, we will send you an electronic feedback form to complete. Besides set questions, the form has a free text box for you to give us more detailed opinion that you may wish. It takes only few seconds to complete however we value it very much. We look at all feedback and ensure that we take your comments on board to improve our services even further.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve it quickly. If we are not able to resolve it we have a formal complaint process. You can write to our Clinical Practice Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org
